PRIYA KUMAR
Priya became the youngest motivational speaker in the country in 1998 when she was only 24 years old. He has conducted workshops with international corporate all over the world. Corporate training, leadership, motivation, team building and personal breakthrough are the special topics of his workshop.
Priya Kumar has worked with more than 800 international corporates in 40 countries and has met 2 million people through books and workshops.
She is the first female speaker of India to do this feat. She is the only writer from India who has received 14 International Awards and 3 National Awards.
BIOGRAPHY
Priya Kumar was born on 4 March 1973 in Chandigarh (India). His father Kirti Kumar was a medical representative at Anglo French Pharma Company and his mother Sona Kumar worked at the Reserve Bank of India.
Dear Kumar completed his studies at the Knowledge Center Secondary School in Mumbai.
Dear started writing at a very young age. He loved reading books, writing essays, completing friends' homework. She participated in essay writing competition and won several awards in ink competition.
Priya has a super diploma in French from Allianz Français and a diploma in German from Max Müller.
After completing the primary studies, Priya Kumar studied science in Mithibai College. M.m.k. He also studied commerce in college. He completed his Bachelor of Economics from Mumbai University.
Priya has a PG in Marketing and Sales from NMIMS of SVKM, Mumbai.
In 9 years of college, she taught French as a tuition teacher. At that time he taught more than 1900 students.
In 1998, he quit the job of a tutoring teacher and started as a Motivational Speaker. At the age of 24, she became the youngest motivational speaker in the country. At the age of 35, he wrote the first book called "I am disrespecting you", and this book was highly praised by everyone and he became a motivational speaker as well as a writer.
In 2006, Kumar started writing professionally. Priya Kumar writes regularly in various newspapers like Financial Express, Economics Times, Midday, Be Positive, Complete Well Being, DNA, Mint, Dainik Bhaskar and more.
Dr. Niranjan Patel has guided Priya Kumar. He has taken workshops for youth to quit tobacco and alcohol addiction. Priya had organized many programs for him with his own money.
When Dr. Patel passed away in 1998, some of his workshops were incomplete, then Priya Kumar did the work to complete those seven workshops. She was the beginning of her speaker's career. So in this way Kumar started focusing on Motivational topics, starting with tobacco and alcohol.
Kumar believes in, "You can't change people, but you can inspire people to make some changes to be happy in life."
She makes people do many things in her workshop such as walking on fire, walking in a kachpe, bending a steel bar and breaking the board. Having done all these things, she tries to make the body and mind of people strong, so that people can reach a good place in their own life.
In her every program, she teaches people on the basis of experience so that people can learn not only in lecture or there but also through life experience. The way Priya Kumar writes is compared to Paulo Coelho and Deepak Chopra.
She used to go to the Indo America Society in addition to doing corporate workshops in the early days. There Priya Kumar held workshops on personality development for two years.
